Perfect for small businesses. Also includes a handy glossary.

I like books that actually answer questions and are specific in giving advice. This book is highly recommended. I also like the "Case Studies" and "Checklists." Very informative and useful. One slightly negative comment: The Resources listing includes only telephone numbers but no e-mail or URL's!

But remember, these forms are NOT a substitute for your own legal advisor. For example there is an "Agreement for Sale of Business" form which is very useful. However you surely would not want to sell your business with out the involvement of an attorney!

We recommend this book because it's a quick read that will get you thinking about a lot of important elements of a home business
